
Maple tahini dressing

This sauce is versatile! Use it as a dip.
It keeps in the refrigerator.
It's creamy. It's decadent. And it is SUPER healthy. Vegan. Paleo. Gluten free.
Ways to enjoy the dressing:
As a sauce for Falafel.
As a dip for raw veggies or Sweet Potato Fries.
Drizzled over roasted veggies.
Ingredients

¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
pinch salt
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Directions
Add all the ingredients except the sour cream or Greek yogurt to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Slowly add in the sour cream or Greek yogurt, whisking, until you get the perfect thick, but pourable, consistency.
