3 cups mayonnaise
3 ounces chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
8 ounces chopped tomatoes, peeled and seede
1 teaspoon diced shallot
2 tablespoon chopped herbs
Preparation
Blanch the shallots and herbs, (parsley, tarragon).
Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce. Season with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
Fold in tomato, shallots and herbs.
Good with seafood, fish, eggs, and meat.
