Krumkake is a thin, delicate embossed cookie of Norwegian origin. Typically the cookie is rolled into a cone while still warm and flexible. It can be served plain or filled with whipped cream or ice cream. A classic Krumkake Iron with a traditional embossed pattern is used to make the wafers. Also, see Pizzellis.
