1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet gherkins pickles
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Chop eggs with a potato masher.
Add to potatoes, onion, celery and pickles. Gently fold in mayonnaise mixture.
